How does SceneStudio work?

Developing Content

Just click and drag to create the content regions your message requires. You can have virtually unlimited content regions on the display at one time. SceneStudio makes developing your message simple:

• Unique content copy tool allows rapid scene development
• Timeline tool provides intuitive view of content development
• Supports AccuWeather.com news, sports, health and weather feeds (subscription fee applies)
• Edit text messages directly from a Word document
• Modify active content on-the-fly
• Pull live data feeds from other applications on the local network

Making Playlists

• Group scenes into a playlist for ease of playback scheduling
• Re-order scenes in a playlist
• Add or delete scenes from playlists actively running – updates are picked up on the next playback loop

Scheduling Playlists

• Range-based scheduling allows you to select the start and end time
• Schedule playback as far into the future as you’d like
• Set recurrence for one playlist or the entire day’s schedule by day or week and repeat as often as you like
• Schedule Dark Time, which turns the display black when programmed
• The Default Playlist plays when no other playlists are scheduled

Playing back

• Start or stop playback using a function key or from a menu selection on the client PC
• Emergency Playlists allow one of eight pre-authored scenes to immediately override playback
• Landscape and portrait orientations supported
• Any playback resolution supported, limited only by the video adaptor in the media player
